Delivery Policy
<Physical goods>
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Secure Pay containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. We will attempt to send your goods via transport company &/or courier within 5 working days; however if goods are unavailable delivery will take a little longer.

Due to the nature of the products we are unable to apply a delivery cost at checkout as different products and quantities have different weights and we aim to achieve the best possible delivery price for the customer. You may also choose to pick the product up from our factory.
We will contact you to organsie the delivery costs or a convenient time for you to pick up the desired products.
If you would like to know a price for delivery before order takes place please email us sales@timberflooringonline.net.au and we will supply a cost for the desired products to your location.
All delivery charges are payable prior to delivery of goods.
<Digital Delivery>
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Secure Pay containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

If for any reasons you are not ready to take delivery of a product purchased within our timeframes allocated, storage fees will be applicable to the purchased and payable before delivery takes place.
Refund & Returns Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will give you 24 hour money-back guarantee from the time you receive the goods if goods are damaged or not as you ordered. This refund cannot simply be due to change of mind. . Please email us at sales@timberflooringonline.net.au within that time if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can resolve any problems.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been used, damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product or if they have been dropped or broken. All products must be returned in their original condition and packaging. All postage and insurance costs are to be paid by the buyer. We recommend that you return the product via courier or transport company and that you pre pay all fees involved.. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit: Therefore advise you take out shipment registration of insurance with your postal carrier.
Timber Flooring Online will not be responsible or parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.
You will be asked to sign a delivery receipt and show ID upon delivery of goods and need to be home for delivery or authorise someone to take delivery on your behalf. Timber Flooring online will require this authorisation from you upon request of delivery should you require this option. If no one is home to take delivery, wait time may be charged by the transport company and or re delivery and storage fees.
Prices
At Timber Flooring Online we aim to maintain the lowest possible price for our customers. The price of timber can rise without our knowledge> we aim to ensure all pricing is accurate at the time of your order however if a price increase has taken place we will endeavour to advise you of the difference. If you are not happy to continue with the order placed after this time we will give a refund of monies for the product purchased.
Credit Card Payments
At Timber Flooring online aim to keep our prices low on our products. A small credit card fee will be calculated at checkout for use of credit cards. This is the fee charged by the banks in order to utilise the card. If you do not wish to pay via Credit facilities you can contact us at sales@timberflooringonline.net.au and request our bank details for a direct deposit option.
